You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support across various departments. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to assigned departments, handling tasks such as data entry, student information management, calendar management, and travel arrangements.
  • Process invoices, payments, and other financial documents accurately and efficiently (may not be applicable in all cases).
  • Maintain and update internal databases and filing systems to ensure the accuracy and accessibility of information.
  • Assist with project coordination by gathering information, creating reports, and following up on deadlines.
  • Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare presentations and documents, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to company style guidelines.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively, meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an office administration or support role (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring accuracy in all tasks.

Experience
