We're seeking a customer-centric and enthusiastic individual to join our energetic customer service team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support through phone calls, emails, and chat interactions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support:

    • Provide accurate and helpful information about restaurants, menus, order tracking, delivery status, refund policies, and other Swiggy services.
    • Offer solutions to customer problems, including order modifications, cancellations, or complaints, ensuring their satisfaction with the resolution.
    • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Building Positive Relationships:
    • Develop positive relationships with customers and build brand loyalty for Swiggy.
    • Proactively identify customer needs and suggest solutions or answer questions in a helpful and informative manner.
    • Provide personalized and friendly service to every customer, ensuring a positive Swiggy experience.
  • Continuous Learning:
    • Stay updated on Swiggy's policies, procedures, and features of the Swiggy app.
    • Actively participate in training programs to enhance your knowledge and skills in customer service and food delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification (or actively pursuing).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to listen attentively and understand customer concerns.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find solutions independently or collaborate with other departments.
    • A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
    • Proficiency in computer skills, including internet navigation and basic office applications (e.g., MS Office).
