Summary

As a Data Entry Assistant at SpiceJet, you'll be the guardian of information accuracy, meticulously entering and verifying data into our various computer systems. Your responsibilities will encompass tasks such as flight information, passenger details, inventory management, and other critical data sets. Your strong typing skills, keen eye for detail, and ability to meet deadlines will be essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Enter and verify data into various computer systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Update and maintain databases related to flights, passengers, inventory, and other areas as assigned.
Process documents such as invoices, tickets, and other administrative forms.
Generate reports and summaries based on entered data.
Assist other departments with data-related tasks as needed.
Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to company data security protocols.
Perform data entry tasks efficiently and meet established deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

10+2 or equivalent qualification (preferred).
Minimum typing speed of 20-25 WPM (Words Per Minute).
Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a commitment to quality.

Experience
