- Provide accurate and timely information to customers, addressing their product inquiries and concerns.
- Identify sales opportunities based on market research and customer feedback.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, analyzing performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Participate in regular sales meetings and share insights with the team.
- Contribute to developing and implementing sales strategies based on data analysis.
