Job Summary:

We're seeking a passionate and customer-centric individual to join our vibrant call center team. In this role, you'll provide exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and chat interactions. You'll address customer inquiries about orders, products, deliveries, and the Meesho platform. You'll also offer support to our social resellers, helping them navigate the platform and answer any questions they may have. Your positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and dedication to customer satisfaction will be instrumental in making Meesho the preferred online shopping destination in India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer and Reseller Support:
    • Respond to customer and reseller inquiries through phone calls, emails, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
    • Listen attentively to concerns and identify the root cause of any issues with orders, deliveries, products, or using the Meesho platform.
    • Provide accurate and helpful information about products, order status, return policies, and other Meesho services.
    • Offer clear and concise solutions to customer and reseller problems, ensuring their satisfaction with the resolution.
    • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Building Relationships:
    • Develop positive relationships with customers and resellers, fostering trust and loyalty for the Meesho brand.
    • Proactively identify customer and reseller needs and suggest solutions or answer questions in a helpful and informative manner.
    • Provide personalized and friendly service to every customer and reseller, ensuring a positive Meesho experience.
  • Continuous Learning:
    • Stay updated on Meesho's product offerings, policies, and platform features.
    • Actively participate in training programs to enhance your knowledge and skills in customer service, the Meesho platform, and social commerce.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification (or actively pursuing).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to listen attentively and understand customer and reseller concerns.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find solutions independently or collaborate with other departments.
  • A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including internet navigation and basic office applications (e.g., MS Office).
