Summary

As a Back Office Executive at HPCL, you'll be a pillar behind the scenes, providing comprehensive support to various departments within our organization. You'll tackle a diverse range of tasks, from processing invoices and managing data to ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our internal processes. Your strong organizational skills, accuracy, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively will be essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process invoices, vendor payments, and other financial documents.
  • Maintain and update databases with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed by different departments.
  • Provide administrative support to assigned teams, such as scheduling meetings and managing travel arrangements (if applicable).
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma in Business Administration or relevant experience in an administrative role (preferred).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
