Job Summary

The Coordinator role is an exciting opportunity to develop your organizational and communication skills at a global company. You'll wear many hats, providing administrative support to a specific team or department. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Project Management: You'll break down complex projects into manageable tasks, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Communication & Collaboration: You'll be the central point of contact for your team, coordinating meetings, taking notes, and keeping everyone informed.
  • Calendar Management: You'll manage team calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Documentation & Recordkeeping: You'll create and maintain accurate records, reports, and presentations.
  • Travel & Logistics: You'll assist with travel arrangements for team members, including booking flights and hotels, and coordinating logistics.
  • Problem-Solving: You'll anticipate and solve problems proactively, ensuring a smooth workflow for your team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues.
  • Proficient in using Google Workspace Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other productivity tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and scheduling skills.
  • The ability to learn new things quickly and adapt to change.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or coordinator role (for experienced candidates).
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.

Experience:

This role is open to both recent graduates (freshers) and experienced coordinators.

  • Freshers: We welcome recent graduates with a strong academic background and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experienced Coordinators: Individuals with 1+ years of experience in a coordinator role will bring valuable skills and knowledge to the table.
