The Back Office Executive plays a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our back-office operations. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, including:

  • Data Entry: Accurately input and update various data points into our systems, including product information, customer details, order records, and financial data.
  • Order Processing: Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment. This may involve tasks like verifying stock availability, generating invoices, and coordinating with logistics teams.
  • Customer Support: Provide basic customer support through email or chat, addressing inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and account management.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, tracking stock levels and coordinating with suppliers to ensure product availability.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts and reports to identify and resolve any discrepancies, ensuring financial accuracy.
  • Data Reporting: Generate reports summarizing back-office activities and identify potential areas for improvement.
  • Adherence to Quality Standards: Follow established procedures and protocols to maintain data integrity and operational excellence.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
