Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification (preferred).
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM (Words Per Minute).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a commitment to providing excellent service.
