Summary

We are searching for a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Office Associate to join our team. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support across various departments. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to assigned departments, handling tasks such as data entry, processing invoices and payments, managing vendor relations, and ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Maintain and update internal databases and filing systems to ensure the accuracy and accessibility of information.
  • Assist with project coordination by gathering information, creating reports, and following up on deadlines.
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare presentations and documents related to administrative operations, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to company style guidelines.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively, meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Commerce).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a back-office or administrative support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring accuracy in all tasks.

Experience
